The SWOTT analysis of the company Java coast is based on the several business environmental factors. environmental analysis is the evaluation, monitoring and dissemination of information from the external and inhering environment to the key people in the organization (Strategic direction business policy, 2001). This is used by Java Edge to batten its long term profit by avoiding the hurdles, which might compress in the way of effective strategic planning (Strategic attention business policy, 2001).
Environmental analysis is made up of dickens parts: internal environmental analysis and external environmental analysis. The external forces are economic, legal and regulatory, competitive analysis and spheric forces. The internal forces are: strategy, leadership, and goals. The SWOTT analysis of these factors is helpful to understand the strength, weakness, opportunity, threats and trends of distributively factor individually with the concern of the company (WiseGeek, 2003-2011).
