Is racial profiling re whollyy a substantive factor in the American administration of justice, and if so, is there every justification for this practice? In todays nightspot unity can say that at least one time or an some other in their life, they have been racially profiled. Police officers use the most common form of racial profiling when they stop, question and pull over African Americans, Hispanics, or other individuals of racial minorities as looking suspicious in nature. In this day and age, the rule of thumb is to never climb up in a vehicle with more than three (3) deal because you will be pulled over and searched. racial profiling is simply stereotyping someone for the way he or she looks, world in a bad or poor neighborhood and hang with undesirable looking people.
This is an issue that is troubling our community. Racial minorities ar afraid to go into certain neighborhood for fear of being pulled over by the police. Yes they have to do their job further most people think they are all crooked.  Racial profiling is a lot like any other line in our society today. Many have unlike opinions on why it happens, and what we should do about it if it does happen.
The problem is null can come to a conclusion on how to purport this problem. It seems that racism is still part of our society, and sadly, it always will be. We all have prejudices of some sort towards others. It may be because of race, sex, familiar preference, rich, poor, ugly, or pretty. Society needs to realize that this is a problem that will never completely go away.
Recently, at the subvert of 2000, many states including Missouri addressed this problem of Racial Profiling. They heady that statistics needed to be obtained, by having each police officer fill in a form for each avocation stop.
