Cytec industry employs approximately 5,800 employees divided into 3 descent unit that ar located all around the world. Cytecs profession unit breakdown is as following: the Building Blocks chemic unit employs more than 450 employees in maintenance, administration and six operating(a); the Engineering Materials unit employs more than 1200 employees at thirteen plants, quadruplet technology centers and numerous sales offices throughout the world; and eventually the Specialty Chemical unit that employs more than 3000 employees.
Cytec Industry is being governed by a corporate leadership. As shown on fig1, a Board of Director and committee of the carte lead the industry. This board includes presidents, director (current or retired) and partner of Cytec industry. These members are divided into atomic number 23 committees that are headed by a lead director.
