The environment was my school and the family was my group of friends - I had developed an unbreakable adhesiveness to both. An attachment that became more apparent than ever, three summers ago... My parents believed that the public I inhabited was too limited and too restrictive. They believed it did not set up enough to the person they wanted me to become. They felt that I was unfocused, my priorities were misplaced, and I needed greater exposure through an educational organisation they eventually wanted me to get into. So in their cognizance and much against my will, they decided to swap my school. In small doses, change is great. But c hanging schools was out of the question all together. The spare thought of it was unbearable, and what added to my anger was that it became so inevitable. Things were fine just as they were - I was settled, happy, and was performing well, achieving good grades as well as contributing productively to school activities.
