After doing nigh research, I personally think that it should be taught and can be learned. Those that question whether it can be learned may non catch what we mean by business ethics and be way out off what the original meaning of ethics. The original commentary of ethics is- A system of moral principles. When people talk about business ethics they mean, a persons mien within the alliance. Employers are expected to establish guidelines for kick the bucket-related conduct, including what cadency to arrive and leave the proceedingplace, whether smoking is allowed on the premises, how customers are to be treated, and how quickly subject should be done (Treviño & vitamin A; Nelson, 2007 John Wiley & Sons). Once these guide lines are placed down employees should know how to decipher honorable and un honourable decisions. Often in the past organizations were not questioned about their ethics and in that function a lot of deception was caused. So customers should not be afraid to ask companies about their business ethi cs.
