Introduction

In this end of module assessment I would like to reflect on the knowledge I have gained and in what areas I belief the course module has meliorated my judgement regarding issues experienced by young people involved in the Youth Justice system .I hope to evidence how K115 has enabled me to improve my snuggle when working with young people and how it has led to a process of change in my work practice providing a better appreciation of key issues in areas such as legislation and changing the values and practice essential to boffo outcomes. I would similarly like to discuss how I feel the course has given me a greater understanding of and alter my knowledge of how we try to meet the take of those involved. How we both key and deliver support to those involved in discourtesy , as well as how that support is adapted and developed in order to assist those affected by crime. I would also like to express my opinions on what I feel are positives and the drawbacks to those systems and reflect critically upon them. I will offer special examples of how the course has improved both the way I glide slope working with young offenders and how this has impacted positively on my understanding of the underlying issues experienced by young offenders.



I would then like to show how I intend to move prior in the future in order to expand on this knowledge base in order to continue my sea captain and personal development.

In terms of the values underpinning my understanding and advent to young people and offending behaviour, it would be fair to assign that K115 has been responsible for a fundamental change in my approach to working with young people involved in crime in some key areas. K115 has highlighted the vulnerability and complex needs of children involved in the justice system and this has helped me to look at inconsistencies both in my approach and thought processes.
