An effective leader generally values people, listen actively, gives ascribe to others, acquire consistent behaviors, admits mistakes, have a sense of belief and above all they set a good guinea pig for their followers. leadership set vision, strategies, goals, and values in order to campaign for desired action and behavior. Leaders be characterized by sealed traits which distinguish leaders from non-leaders includes drive, desire to lead, honesty, cognitive ability, self-confidence and acquaintance. Leaders should acquire qualities of flexible, openness, empathetic, courage, interactive, and positive attitude. I go to Shady brook Baptist church and I am currently in the youth conclave there. I was voted youth representative because of my attitude and my actions.



The younger youth look up to me, I am an example of how they should awake(p) there life. Im not only a person they can like up to Im also a person they can look at to follow. I help in the nursery sometimes with the shrimpy kids, I have helped teach a few childrens classes, I volunteer my time whenever I can, Im a straight A student in school, and I am involved in extra activities at school. For example being Captain of the Colorguard which also involves a leadership row.
