There are a lot of things that I like about JROTC. unity of these things that I like is the fact that it is a course that helps improve leadership because I do not have immense leadership skills. I want to be able to be a leader but I have not had many classes that inform leadership skills. The entire rank excogitation is also good because it helps teaches us that we do have to hear to our superiors whether we like it or not. It helps us decide to listen to people who are in charge of us even though they are a year or two erstwhile(a) than us. I also like the fact that it uses stuff from the armed services like the uniform because it teaches us to want to look good for all to see. We actually have I also hold outt to try and maintain our appearance so we do well in class. I also like the process part of JROTC because I have always wanted to learn how to march but I didnt know where I could find out how.
Another thing I like about JROTC is the fact that there are outdoor(a) of trail activities you can do for it but they arent a prerequisite for class for you to pass. It is pretty cool for a class to have that because not many classes offer activities outside of school. Many of the activities outside of school dont have anything to do with your classes.
There are just a couple of things that I do not like about JROTC. One of these things is the standing at parade rest at the end of class for 5 to 10 minutes. I do not enjoy that but I do realize that it can help teach students that there is a era to talk and a time to not talk.
